Chip Kelly can't say that on television

Shockingly, the Pac-10 was not pleased to hear one of its head coaches accuse the refs of being overly friendly with the opposite sideline on national TV:

Kelly was formally reprimanded Monday by conference commissioner Larry Scott for suggesting on-air that Stanford coach Jim Harbaugh's "got friends" with the officiating crew that worked Saturday night's top-10 showdown in Eugene. Kelly's complaint was weak, but the anger worked: The Ducks turned a 31-24 halftime deficit into a 52-31 blowout on the other side of the break.

Don't make Larry Scott start bleeping fools out.
